Your responsibilities
- Analyzing business processes and recommending improvements
- Independent design of basic user interfaces in Figma
- Defining functional and non-functional requirements for new systems
- Establish acceptance criteria and common expectations for systems in collaboration with the customer and project team
- organization, ordering and preparation of system and functional documentation
- Support the development team in the process of building, testing and implementing solutions
- Analyzing data and preparing reports to support business decisions.
We expect you to
- Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Familiarity with Figma and ability to create basic user interface mockups
- Effective communication and meeting and workshop skills
- meticulousness and accuracy
- English language skills at a level of at least B2
Welcome
- Experience in business or systems analysis, especially in the financial or e-commerce industry
- Familiarity with tools that support system analysis and design, e.g. Confluence, Gliffy, Jira, Miro, and BPMN notation
- knowledge of financial products
- Experience in working with analytical tools (SQL, Excel, Google Analytics)
- Basic knowledge of programming (JavaScript, Python, VBA) or analysis automation tools.
