IT Manager

Your responsibilities

Managing a team that administers, implements and integrates business applications (WEBCON BPS, SEON, Atlassian Jira, Freshworks and others)
IT implementation and organizational project management
Take organizational and technical initiatives to counter IT risks
Managing cyber security incidents and communicating them appropriately
Integration of information security procedures with the organization’s business processes
Liaising with IT vendors and auditors: overseeing the fulfillment of contracts by external IT service providers and ensuring that the proper SLA level of IT services is maintained.

min. 4 years of experience in IT
min. 2 years of experience in project management
ability to think analytically
knowledge of SQL
Knowledge of methodologies for conducting projects and maintaining IT services, e.g. Agile PM, PRINCE2, ITIL
Ability to create procedures and define instructions in the field of IT security
Self-reliance, goal-orientation, planning ability, communication skills

Knowledge of applicable laws, standards and practices in the area of safety and regulation, such as. ISO 27001, RODO, DORA, etc.
Knowledge of workflow systems e.g. WEBCON BPS
