PeP is a Polish company specializing in electronic payments and financial solutions, enabling various forms of online payments such as credit cards, bank transfers and mobile payments. It works to facilitate and streamline payment processes in e-commerce and traditional commerce.

Where did the idea for the service come from?
Polish ePayments is systematically expanding its services to comprehensively support its customers. These mainly include small and medium-sized entrepreneurs – owners of restaurants or stores who have large financial needs. To satisfy them, they often go to banks, where they clash with complicated processes or take out consumer loans at high interest rates. PeP customers therefore need a financial service that is “tailor-made” and meets the specific needs of companies.
PragmaGO already had the experience and ready-made solutions, plus the necessary technological background to launch financing for tens of thousands of PeP customers. The companies collaborated and created “My Loan,” a flexible financing Merchant Cash Advance. “My Loan” is a technologically advanced and unique product on the market. Establishing a partnership with PragmaGO allowed the company to quickly create a new financial service. The related process is carried out fully autonomously and remotely, which in effect generates further benefits for the business.

The entrepreneur automatically receives an individual financing proposal – the amount he can apply for. Thanks to the advanced technical integration between PeP and PragmaGO, it is calculated, among other things. Based on PeP payment terminal turnover data and PragmaGO scoring algorithms.

UX and UI solutions
The entire process – from submission of the application to acceptance of the funding agreement – is done without leaving the Polish ePayments environment. A color scheme consistent with PeP’s corporate identity was used.
After logging into the PeP Customer Area, the user will see a pop-up with information about available financing.
If the user closes the pop-up, the offer along with the individual value of the available financing will still be visible.
After clicking on the “Check Offer” button, users can use the calculator and choose the amount of financing themselves.

Communication with customers
Communication with PeP customers was carried out mainly through regular e-mailing. A link was included in the email, directing directly to the funding application. The customer could fill it out and send it himself.
About 50,000. PeP customers were informed about the service on a weekly basis. The e-mail messages emphasized different aspects of the service, and the graphic creations varied. This resulted in nearly 20% of recipients opening the message every time. This demonstrates the strong interest in this type of financing. Through e-mailing, we have built awareness of the availability of a personalized financing offer that PeP customers can use when they need it.
