BNPL for business customers

Case study imoje

Where did the idea for the service come from?

For imoje, PragmaGO’s experience in providing services to the B2B sector proved invaluable, so the companies partnered and decided to jointly create a BNPL solution for business.

The advent of deferred payment financial services has strongly influenced the shape of the e-commerce market and consumers’ habits of using convenient and secure online shopping, but it doesn’t just apply to the B2C segment – businesses expect it too.

Companies experienced in digital operations know that introducing new solutions results in reaching new customers and market areas. What’s more, greater customer convenience has a big impact on company turnover. The ability to integrate imoje with the most popular payment methods, including deferred payment for business from PragmaGO, is a simple way to increase sales. This is because business customers welcome innovative, compelling solutions with open arms.

Choosing the type of integration

The companies’ cooperation began with a decision on the type of integration – the choice was full integration using APIs. Tasks on PragmaGO’s side included preparing a series of workshops for the imoje sales team. As part of the presentation and training videos, PragmaGO representatives presented the principles of using the service.

The PragmaGO team also prepared promotional materials for imoje merchants and a marketing and PR campaign. It featured numerous media publications.

What is the service provided as part of the integration?

Buy Now Pay Later allows imoje business customers to process payments for purchases made 14, 21, 30, 45 or even 60 days after purchase. The deferred payment made available by PragmaGO reaches up to PLN 100,000.

A customer who takes advantage of the service gets access to a financing limit that they can use to pay for future transactions. It is worth knowing that it costs nothing to maintain the limit – the customer only pays for its use. It is also important that the seller does not bear the risk of financing.

Entrepreneurs who use imoje can choose PragmaGO deferred payment when selecting a payment method when making a purchase for a company.
