Your responsibilities
- Analyzing business processes and recommending improvements
- Establish acceptance criteria and common expectations for the project with the project team and client. newly built solution
- Organizing, arranging and preparing documentation on the system and functionality
- Collaborate with business representatives, technical and UX teams to implement new solutions
- Support the IT team in the process of building, testing and implementing solutions
We expect you to:
- Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Skills of effective communication, conducting meetings and workshops
- Meticulousness
- English language skills at a level of at least B2
A valuable addition will be:
- Knowledge of tools supporting application design such as: Axure RP, Confluence, Gliffy, Jira, Miro and BPMN notation
- Basic knowledge in the areas of lending, risk analysis, UX and APIs
- Experience working with analytical tools (e.g. SQL, Excel) and basic knowledge of programming
- Experience in the financial or e-commerce industry
- University degree in data analytics, computer science or related fields (or in the course of study)
